Notice - This connector is designed for Rough Cut lumber NOT nominal lumber (most common). This will only fit a post that measures an actual 10x10". If you have a nominal post measuring 9-1/2x9-1/2" you will need an APB1010 Ornamental Post base.

Simpson's Outdoor Accents Ornamental Post Bases secure the post or column to concrete. They are perfect for many outdoor projects including pergolas, patio covers, and other top-supported structures. The APB1010R heavy-duty post base accommodates rough cut lumber. To help reduce decay, it features a 1" stand-off height from the concrete. Optional decorative side plates are available to give a four-sided post-base look. This kit includes all the required fasteners for easy installation.
