The Simpson Strong-Tie ECCLR666 is an L shaped end column cap designed for use where there are multiple beams framing on top of the column. These are made from a durable 7 gauge steel and come standard in Gray paint. A hot dip galvanized (HDG) finish can be special ordered as well.

Heavy duty

These beam connectors are super heavy duty, and should be perfect for my project. Web site was a bit hard to search, as I discovered later that these items could have been purchased with a galvanized finish.
