The Strong-Tie LCE4SS series of post caps are used to attach the top of posts to beams. The LCE4's universal design provides high capacity while eliminating the need for rights and lefts. For use with 4x or 6x lumber. The LCE4SS post cap is approved to be installed with the specified nails. The Strong-Tie LCE4SS post base is made out of 316L stainless steel and offers maximum corrosion resistance in harsh exterior conditions.
