Description:

Bolthold EPX2 grout is cement-based anchoring grout skillfully designed to install Bolthold asphalt anchors into asphalt surfaces. It is provided as a dry powder and requires a premeasured amount of water to activate it. The grout expands as it cures to fill crevices in the asphalt. It cures to a hard resistant material that bonds the anchor to the asphalt.

Once activated, the grout mixture will begin to dry after 15 minutes and cure within an hour. Wait two hours before exerting a pull load or a heavy torque on the installed anchors. For a pull test, wait 24 hours. This expanding cement grout is resistant to immersion in water once it is fully cured. EPX2 grout bags are packaged in 12 oz. resealable plastic bags and sold in six packs.

Installation:

For step-by-step instructions on how to properly install Bolthold asphalt anchors with the EPX2 grout, see Product Guide Document listed in the specifications tab.

Worked well

There was enough in each package to set 2 anchors, so more than enough was provided. Mixed up in a dish. Works well.
