Simpson Strong-Tie Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws are 0.250"-diameter, high-strength wood screws that require no pre-drilling and have been tested for various applications. The SDS Heavy-Duty Connector screws are enhanced with a Type-17 point and corrosion-resistant double-barrier coating. The SDS Strong-Drive 1/4" wood screw series also includes Type 316 stainless-steel SDS screws in lengths from 1 1/2" to 3 1/2" for fastening Simpson Strong-Tie stainless-steel products. These screws offer easy-driving, split-reducing installation, and are ideal for environments needing maximum corrosion-resistance.
