Do I qualify for Free Shipping?
If your order total is $199 or more, you qualify for free, standard ground shipping. Because we ship from multiple distribution centers across the US, Standard Ground is typically a 2-3 day transit time. Expedited shipping options are available, however you will incur a Shipping fee. Where is my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Questions or didn’t receive your email? Please call us at (888) 794-1590 and we would be happy to track your order for you. If ordered by 12:00 pm CST your order will ship the same business day (unless otherwise noted). Typically, packages leave the warehouse in less than four hours.
Why do I see multiple charges on my credit card?
We charge when we ship. This means if an order is split into multiple shipments, your credit card will be charged each time a shipment is sent. The total shipping amount will be charged with your first shipment.
Do you offer a discount for larger quantities?
Yes! Depending upon the product, large bulk orders may qualify for special pricing. Contact a sales representative at (888) 794-1590 to receive a custom quote. Credit terms are also available for qualified business accounts.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are able to process orders for the United States only.
One of my items is broken and/or defective, how do I get a replacement?

How do I become tax exempt?
Tax exempt forms can be obtained from your state's Department of Revenue office. Please upload your certificate/documentation at this link here. Submitted tax exempt forms must be signed and dated and submitted prior to your purchase with Fasteners Plus. Forms will typically be validated within 24 hours from the time they were received.

Fasteners Plus corporate office is located in Iowa and we ship direct to you from multiple warehouses located throughout the United States. Based in Urbana, an East-Central Iowa town which offers an educated talent pool with a strong work ethic, helping to ensure our business remains competitive and healthy.
Do you have any retail outlets or re-sellers?
Fasteners Plus is an eCommerce company serving customers through our Website. We do not have any walk-in retail store locations.
