Bolthold grout is a cement-based grout specifically designed to install Bolthold asphalt anchors into asphalt surfaces. The grout contains expanding cement that pours into the hole in the asphalt after being mixed with water. It cures to a hard resistant material that bonds the anchor to the asphalt.
