    •  H/TSP - Seismic and Hurricane Ties. Simpson Strong-Tie® hurricane ties provide a positive connection between truss/rafter and the wall of the structure to resist wind and seismic forces.

 

    • CS/CSHP/CMST - Coiled Straps. CMSTC provides nail slots for easy installation; it can be cut to length. CS are continuous utility straps which can be cut to length on the job site.

 

    • RTC/FWH - Rigid Tie Connectors. The Rigid Tie® RTC series secures two wood members to a vertical post forming a 90° corner. The RTC42 and RTC44 are heavy-duty structural connectors. The FWH is a four-way connector designed for 2x members.

 

    • LSTA/ST/HRS - Strap Ties. Simpson Strong-Tie strap ties are load rated and resist tension loads in a variety of different applications. They are designed for use on the edge of 2x members, with a nailing pattern that reduces the potential for splitting.

 

    • MSTA/MSTC/MSTI - Strap Ties. These high-capacity strap ties are load rated and provide the correct thickness and number of fasteners the specifier is looking for. They are designed for use on the edge of 2x members, with a nailing pattern that reduces the potential for splitting.

 

    • LTS/MTS/HTS - Twist Straps. Twist straps from Simpson Strong-Tie provide a tension connection between two wood members and resist uplift loads at the rafter or the heel of a truss. The LTS/MTS twist straps have a 2” bend section and the HTS twist straps have a 3-3/4” bend section.

 

    • MST/HST - Strap Ties. The MST strap tie is designed to resist tension loads in floor-to-floor and other applications. The HST strap tie is designed to support heavy, concentrated loads by creating a strong connection between wood girders and piles. 

 

    • PS/PSQ - Piling Straps. Simpson PS and PSQ piling straps are designed to support heavy, concentrated loads between wood girders and piles. They provide the highest level of strength to the connection when wood members are notched.

 

    • Simpson Strong-Tie Stud Plate Ties. Stud plates from Simpson Strong-Tie are skillfully designed as stud-to-plate connectors to resist uplift.

 

    • LGT/MGT/VGT/HGT - Girder Tiedowns. Simpson LGT girder tiedowns are designed to resist light to moderate uplift loads of multi-ply trusses. The MGT/HGT/VGT girder tiedowns are suitable for moderate to high-load applications.

 

    • VB - Knee Braces. Simpson VB knee braces provide lateral resistance force at the bottom of beams when installed about 45° or more to the vertical plane. This connector has a 12 gauge and a G90 Galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance.

 

    • MTWS - Mass Timber Washer Straps. Simpson mass timber washer straps are tested, load-rated tension straps designed to minimize cost and maximize speed and precision while providing strength, versatility, and reliability. This tension strap can be used in a variety of CLT diaphragm and wall applications.

 

    • T/L - Strap Ties. Simpson T and L strap ties are versatile utility straps designed for beam-to-column applications.
