LGT Girder Tiedowns are skillfully designed to resist light to moderate uplift loads of multi-ply trusses. This light girder tiedown provides a low-profile connection to the studs that allows for easy installation of drywall. The LGT connector also offers exceptional bearing enhancement for heavy download applications.

MGT/HGT Girder Tiedowns from Simpson Strong-Tie are suitable for moderate-to high-load applications, typically installed before roof sheathing. MGT models can be installed vertically or wrapped over the top of a truss. HGT girder tiedowns are field-adjustable and can be used for trusses with top chord slopes up to 8/12, and are available in sizes for two, three, and four-ply widths.

VGT Variable-Pitch Girder Tiedowns are also great for moderate-to high-load applications with girder trusses. They are designed for installation on the side of a truss.
