Melissa loves building relationships with customers and learning about their projects to help them find the right solutions. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, as well as caring for her many animals- including eight chickens, four cats, a dog, and a turtle.

Matt has been in the construction sales industry for over 30 years. Detail driven, he likes to cover all the bases when going over products or installation. When he's not at work you will find him outside in the shop, the yard, or the great outdoors.

Kale is one of the newest members of the team. He thrives when interacting with customers, helping them find the product fast, and when they need it. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Ren and DJ.

Tayler graduated from the University of Iowa in 2022 with a degree in marketing and sales. She enjoys helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, golfing, cooking, and traveling.

Kendra enjoys helping customers by solving any issues that may come up in an efficient and friendly manner. In her spare time, she coaches high school softball and enjoys spending her free time outdoors either golfing, fishing, or floating the river.

Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He especially loves cheering on his two oldest as they compete in travel sports.

Before joining Fasteners Plus, he played a key role in growing a BBQ retail startup from 100 products to 100,000, honing his expertise in digital marketing and online growth. Now, he applies that knowledge to optimizing our marketing efforts and driving customer engagement. Outside of work, Adam is passionate about golfing and cooking—having spent several years as a cook in fine dining after college, he still enjoys being in the kitchen.

Midwest native with time spent in the Utah mountains; now back home building both a family and a fulfilling career. Outside the office: ski instructor, pitching coach, and volunteer ski patroller who enjoys kickboxing, hiking, college football, and time outdoors with loved ones.
