4-inch ratchet straps provide the strength and durability needed to secure large, heavy cargo during transport. Heavy-Duty Polyester Webbing

The 20K polyester webbing is woven with thick yarn and a high number of picks per inch to improve resistance to abrasion, tearing, and cutting. Heat-sealed ends help prevent the webbing from unraveling during regular use.

Polyester stretches very little and absorbs minimal water. It also resists shrinking and degradation caused by UV exposure, making it well suited for demanding transportation environments.

Controlled Ratcheting Operation

The ratchet mechanism allows the user to apply controlled tension to the webbing and secure the load more effectively than rope or elastic tarp straps. Lifting the ratchet handle releases the webbing when unloading.

Reverse-action ratchet straps are also available. This ergonomic design applies tension by pulling the handle downward instead of pushing it upward.

Blackline Ratchet Straps

Blackline ratchet straps use 24,000-pound break-strength webbing with reinforced edging for additional abrasion resistance. This number refers to the webbing break strength and should not be confused with the completed strap's working load limit.

A long, wide-handled ratchet helps improve leverage and handling. Depending on the configuration, the end hardware is zinc plated or powder coated for added surface protection.

Choosing the Right End Hardware

Flat Hooks

Flat hooks attach easily to compatible trailer side rails and can also be used with certain E-track fittings. Their wide profile distributes force across a larger contact area. An integrated defender helps protect the webbing from abrasion near the hook.

Wire Hooks

Wire hooks have a narrower profile that fits into compatible anchor points where wider hardware may not work. Always confirm that the hook is fully seated and that the anchor point is properly rated before applying tension.

Chain Extensions

Chain extensions combine Grade 70 transport chain with flexible polyester webbing. The chain can connect to compatible rub rails and stake pockets while helping keep the webbing away from abrasive metal attachment points.

D-Rings

D-rings provide a versatile connection point for compatible hooks and other cargo securement hardware. They are useful when the trailer or vehicle already has a properly rated hook-style attachment.
