Simpson Strong-Tie Drop-In internally threaded anchors are expansion anchors designed for use in flush-mount applications in solid base materials. This Drop-In anchor features a fixed depth stop bit that helps you drill to the correct depth every time. The minimum thread engagement should be equal to the nominal diameter of the threaded insert. Hand and power setting tools are compatible with this anchor for fast, easy, and economical installation.
