Simpson FB24R Rough Cut 2x4 Fence Bracket - G90 Galvanized

Notice - This connector is designed for Rough Cut lumber NOT nominal lumber (most common). This will only fit fence rails that measures an actual 2x4". If you have a nominal rail measuring 1-1/2x3-1/2" you will need an FB24Z Fence Bracket

Simpson Strong-Tie FB and FBR fence brackets make the connection between fence rails and posts simple and strong. The FB24R is designed for use with rough cut 2x4's which are sometimes referred to as "old lumber" or "true 2x4's" meaning the lumber dimensions are an actual 2" by 4". Eliminates the need for toe nailing or screwing. Clean, versatile connections make planning and building fences, deck/porch railings and louvers easier and faster. The Strong-Tie FB24Z fence brackets feature a G90 Galvanized finish and require the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.

• Use all specified fasteners.
• FB24R is sized for 10dx1-1/2" or Simpson Strong-Tie 9x1-1/2" Strong-Drive SD Connector screws.
• Some products may be installed with the Strong-Drive SD Connector screw. See model table.

NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
