Simpson Strong-Tie HDU, HDUE, and HDQ holdowns provide strong support in a wide variety of framing applications, such as shearwalls, braced wall panels, and prescriptive wood-deck applications. These holdowns are pre-deflected during the manufacturing process and use Strong-Drive SDS Heavy-Duty connector screws for installation.
