Use URFP/FRFP Foundations Plates in retrofit applications to secure the mudsill to the foundation. Available in two convenient and flexible design options, these retrofit foundation plates offer secure connections between wood members and masonry.


URFP universal retrofit foundation plates offer installation flexibility when the mudsill is offset or inset from the foundation edge.


FRFP flat retrofit foundation plates provide lateral load resistance. The design allows the Designer to maintain prescriptive requirements when filling three holes, or as an alternate, fill the two optional triangle holes, and utilize increased loads and greater allowable spacing.
