These Cold-Formed Steel Tension Ties from Simpson Strong-Tie are designed for lighter-duty holdown applications with single or back-to-back studs.

S/DTT Light Tension Ties can be installed with cast-in-place or post-installed anchor bolts and feature a short profile height. They install easily with #14 self-drilling screws and are suitable for both retrofit and new construction projects.

S/LTT Light Tension Ties feature a load-transfer plate that resists the deflection around the anchor bolt, so you can use without washers. Enjoy easy installation using #10 self-driving screws and like the DTT is suitable for retrofit and new construction applications.

S/LTTP2 Light Tension Ties are made for simple installation by connecting to a 1/2"-diameter anchor in concrete using post-installed or cast-in-place methods. They use #10 self-driving screws to attach to a CFS stud. The design includes flanges rolled into the bend and an extruded anchor bolt hole for added strength and to restrict deflection.
