Inflatable dunnage bags are a reliable solution for stabilizing cargo in transit. Designed to fill gaps between pallets, crates, drums, or other freight, these poly-woven air bags prevent load shifting and absorb shock—reducing damage during shipment.
The two-way spring valve allows for fast inflation and deflation—typically under 30 seconds—while preventing air loss during filling. Compatible with standard air systems using regulated, filtered air at 90 PSI.
These air bags can be used in trailers, intermodal rail cars, boxcars, and overseas containers. The recommended void width is 0-14 inches for most uses, and 0-12 inches for intermodal rail.
Each unit is 100% recyclable and can be reused multiple times in non-railroad applications when properly handled. (Reuse is not permitted for U.S. rail shipments per AAR guidelines.)
When stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment, the dunnage bags have a shelf life of up to 60 months.
