Grade 70 Transport Chain
Grade 70 chain, commonly known as transport chain or trucker’s chain, is the go-to choice for cargo securement in the transportation industry. Manufactured from high-strength, low-alloy carbon steel, this standard link chain is built for tough tie-down jobs on trailers and flatbeds.
In addition to load securement, Grade 70 chain is also widely used in towing, logging, safety chains, and oil rigging applications. Its distinctive gold or yellow chromate finish makes it easy to spot during DOT inspections, and it’s clearly embossed with 7, 70, or 700 for quick identification.
Important: Grade 70 chain is not rated or approved for overhead lifting.
