Grade 80 Chain for Lifting and Securement Applications

Grade 80 chain is manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel to deliver high strength for both lifting and securement applications. It is the most cost-effective option among the three chain grades rated for overhead lifting - Grade 80, Grade 100, and Grade 120. While Grade 80 chain itself is approved for overhead lifting, tie down chain assemblies are not intended for overhead use due to the included end fittings.

Our Grade 80 bulk chain is produced in Europe by KWB, part of the Pewag group. Each length is quality-checked throughout production and complies with, and often exceeds, NACM, ASTM, and OSHA standards.

We offer a wide range of purchasing options, including full drums, half drums, and custom cut lengths sold by the foot, along with ready-to-use tie down assemblies. There are no minimum order requirements, giving you flexibility to purchase exactly what your project demands. Grade 80 components - including hooks and connecting links - are also available through our sales team. For lifting applications, we carry a complete selection of Grade 80 lifting slings.
