Installation
The FPBB44 E-Z Base installs directly onto hardened concrete using 1/2" Titen HD concrete anchors (sold separately). Secure the base to the post using #9 x 1-1/2" SDS screws Once the base is secured to the concrete surface, the 4x4 post is positioned inside the bracket and fastened using compatible fasteners.
For best results, use corrosion-resistant anchors and fasteners suitable for exterior applications, and follow Simpson Strong-Tie installation guidelines and local building code requirements.
