Simpson SSTB Anchor Bolts have excellent performance when used with holdowns and Simpson Strong-Tie Strong-Wall shearwalls. The SSTB anchor is suitable for monolithic and two-pour concrete applications. Extensive testing has been done to determine the design load capacity when it is installed in many common applications. This anchor bolt features an offset angle that reduce side busting and provides more concrete cover. It also features rolled thread for higher tensile capacity.
