Simpson SB Anchor Bolts are a high quality anchoring solution for Simpson holdowns that call for a 5/8”, 7/8”, and a 1” diameter anchor. SB anchors are only designed for concrete applications poured monolithically expect where noted. This anchor bolt features sweep geometry to optimize position in form. The rolled thread offers higher tensile capacity. Additionally, it features hex nuts and a plate washer that are fixed in position.
Simpson SABR Anchor Bolts are a cast-in-place anchor that comes in a wide range of diameters. With a 6'' threaded section, this anchor bolt accommodates a variety of holdown seat heights, including all Simpson Strong-Tie holdowns, when installed on a 2x or 3x sill plate. The one-piece sweep design maximizes its position in the concrete, providing increased tension capacity.
