Standard Channel Nuts Without Springs are a great solution for general-purpose applications such as securing fittings and pipe clamps. The grooves of the channel nuts fit perfectly into the lips of the strut channel edges for a secure fit. Channel Nuts can be tightened with bolts and locks to stay in place.
Short Spring Nuts are designed to fit 13/16" strut channel.
Regular Spring Channel Nuts have a spring that allows them to fit anywhere along the channel. The spring holds the nut in place. The spring of the channel nut has a bolt directly fed into it and can be locked into place by twisting the nut with the rounded edges into the channel.
Long Spring Nuts are designed to fit in 3-1/4” strut channel. The same applies as above. Utilize the proper bolts to lock the nut into place to secure fittings and other strut channel accessories into place.
Top Spring nuts or cone nuts secure fittings, electrical boxes, pipe clamps, and junction boxes into place. Utilize the proper length bolts to tighten and lock the nut into place. These can be used with any depth of channel.
