Crosby® G-210 Screw Pin Chain Shackles - The Go-To for Straight-Line Loads
Designed for clean, two-directional tensioning, Crosby Screw Pin Chain Shackles are a solid choice for applications where angular loading isn’t a concern. Their straight, D-style body is purpose-built for straight-line connections, making them ideal for connecting lifting slings, hardware, or rigging assemblies that pull from opposing directions.
The quick-access screw pin offers fast connection and removal, making these shackles especially useful in temporary setups or applications requiring regular reconfiguration.
Each shackle is forged in the USA from high-strength steel, quenched and tempered for superior durability. A hot-dip galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance, and the alloy pin ensures added strength where it counts. The G-210 series is fatigue rated for 20,000 cycles at 1.5x the working load limit and clearly stamped with the Crosby name, Grade 6 rating, PIC code, and working load limit.
For critical applications, these shackles can be supplied with proof-testing certificates to standards like DNV, ABS, or Lloyds upon request at the time of order.
