Square Single Channel Post Base - Aluminum is a post base designed to fasten Strut Channel to the floor. The bottom plate of the strut channel post base pairs with anchor bolts to secure it to the ground. Post bases mounted using the correct anchors gives the channel structure more stability and is a long-term solution used for mounting a number of things like HVAC, shelving, and more. Aluminum doesn’t rust but it does corrode. Aluminum is a reliable choice for outside structures and may be able to last in the elements for a few years.
