Its hex zinc alloy cap gives it added strength and clean drive-in performance, while the Dagger-Guard Coating keeps corrosion from creeping in - even in harsh outdoor environments. An EPDM washer forms a snug, watertight seal, and the Type 17 sharp point drives in fast without splitting wood or requiring a pilot hole.
