The #3 self-drilling point drills through metal easily and eliminates the need for any pre-drilling. These screws work excellent for HVAC and electrical work use where a low profile head is desirable. The upgraded square drive won't cam-out during installation like the typical phillips drive version of this screw. The zinc plating is recommended for installations in dry interior environments only.
