2" x 11" Replacement Ratchet Strap Fixed End
Replace your worn or damaged fixed end without purchasing an entirely new ratchet tie down. This 2" x 11" replacement strap is built from durable yellow polyester webbing and includes a chain extension on one end and a ratchet on the other. The webbing is weather-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and designed to resist stretching, giving you a longer-lasting securement option. A sewn loop is built in next to the ratchet to hold excess webbing—just wrap it up and tuck it into the loop for a cleaner, safer setup.
Industrial-Grade Webbing
The webbing is manufactured with thicker yarn and more picks per inch than many competitors. Each end is heat-sealed to prevent fraying. Together, these features give the strap superior resistance to abrasion, tearing, and cutting, extending its service life.
Corrosion-Resistant Ratchet
The zinc-coated ratchet assembly features a long, wide handle and smooth grip, making it easier and more comfortable to apply the proper strap tension.
5/16" Chain Extension Hardware
The chain extension combines the strength of Grade 70 transport chain with the versatility of polyester webbing. It allows you to secure cargo using rub rails or stake pockets without risking damage to the strap. The extra 18" chain length makes it easier to wrap around stake pockets for a stronger hold. This design provides the full working load limit of your stake pocket while protecting your webbing. Each extension includes a 2" D-ring, a 14-1/2" length of chain, and a clevis grab hook for quick, secure connections.
Compliant with Industry Standards
All of US Cargo Control's ratchet straps are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
