2" x 8' Ratchet Strap with Flat Snap Hooks
This 2" x 8' ratchet strap is a staple in the transportation industry and is most commonly used for securing cars, motorcycles, and other vehicles. The shorter length and flat snap hook hardware make it a go-to choice for auto tie downs. The polyester webbing is rugged enough for heavy-duty use yet soft enough to protect your cargo. With minimal stretch, plus UV and water resistance, these straps are built for dependable performance. The ratcheting mechanism makes it simple to achieve the exact amount of tension—something cam straps can’t match. They’re the perfect balance between lightweight 1" straps and bulky 4" straps.
Quality-Focused Construction
These 2" tie down straps feature a longer fixed end than most standard straps, positioning the ratchet further from the anchor point for easier handling. A sewn loop next to the ratchet provides a convenient place to tuck away excess webbing for a cleaner, safer setup.
Industrial-Grade Webbing

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
