Bat House Latch

All of the hardware we use is 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel. Our bird homes and bat houses are exposed to the elements 24-7 year round. Some are placed on coastal properties where salt air is hard on metals. We bought and have previously bought some of our supplies from these folks. They’ve always been friendly and professional with us.

All items arrived in good condition and as promised - with the exception of one through-bolt which had "escaped" the packaging (through a hole in the cardboard box). I called customer service and they shipped out a replacement the same day and we received it (well packaged) in no time, so without impact on our timeline.
