4" Heavy Duty Tie Down Strap with Flat Hook
These 4" heavy duty ratchet straps are built for serious load securement. The polyester webbing is rugged enough for the toughest jobs yet soft enough to help protect your cargo. With very little stretch and excellent resistance to UV and moisture, these straps provide consistent holding power. The ratcheting mechanism makes it easy to apply the exact amount of tension needed—something cam straps can’t match—so your load stays safe mile after mile.
HD Ratchet Strap Features
The webbing is woven with slightly thicker yarn and more picks per inch than many competitors, and each strap end is heat-sealed to resist fraying. These details boost resistance to abrasion, tearing, and cutting, giving these straps a longer service life under demanding use.
The flat hook fittings feature a black powder-coated finish that looks sharp and provides extra protection against the elements. The ratchet assembly is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance and designed with a long, wide handle that gives you better leverage and a more secure grip for faster tensioning.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
