Description

4" x 5' Heavy Duty Winch Strap with Flat Container Hook

These 5' roll-off truck straps are built with an oversized flat container hook to easily secure to roll-off boxes. In compliance with DOT regulations, roll-off trucks must use straps—or other securement methods—on both sides of the truck rails to keep containers in place during transport.

Made from heavy-duty 4" polyester webbing, the strap is designed to fit into a standard truck winch for quick adjustment. The shorter 5' length keeps excess webbing to a minimum, making it ideal for roll-off applications. For those who prefer a more permanent setup, a sewn loop at the end provides an alternative attachment method to the winch.

HD Truck Strap Features

  • Webbing is woven with slightly thicker yarn and more picks per inch than many competing straps.
  • Heat-sealed ends reduce fraying and improve resistance against abrasion, tearing, and cutting.
  • Built to last longer under heavy use.
  • Fits standard 4" winches.

Strap Industry Compliance

All of our trailer winch straps are tested in the USA to ensure they meet all standards - they are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Winch Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."
