Some loads need open chain storage and some need to stay dry, and this 68" x 80" semi headache rack gives you both: a mini vault for tarps, straps, and other weather-sensitive gear, alongside plenty of open room for chain and binders.
Key Features
- Mini vault section with unique keys per unit and a T-handle door lock protected under a covered keyhole.
- Two anti-theft chain racks, 14 slots each, with double-reinforced locking tabs, a full piano hinge to resist twisting, and cover flap locks with a padlock hole.
- Shelves with a lip to hold items in place and a protective rubber edge on the front.
- Premium aluminum alloy body, .125" thick, CNC-machined and laser-cut for consistent parts, welded by an AWS-certified welder with reinforced corners.
- 5" structural I-beam underneath for support, and a diamond tread brite finish that keeps its shine.
- Fits sleeper cabs with fairings; red pinstriping available at no charge if you want it to match the truck.
- Work light brackets and DOT reflectors standard.
- Built in Bristol, TN, and covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Rack only -- pick a mounting kit separately, and never reuse an old one.
