Description

The Simpson Strong-Tie® Fascia Board Screw is a purpose-built system that provides a secure and professional installation for composite and PVC fascia boards. Featuring a Type 316 stainless-steel screw for maximum level corrosion resistance, this system prevents common failures such as head pullover, broken screws, warping, and oil-canning. Available in 12 colors, the painted low-profile screw heads blend seamlessly with major fascia board brands, including Trex®.

Designed for performance, the system pairs a counterbore bit and specially engineered fascia screw to secure fascia material while allowing for natural expansion and contraction. The result is a long-lasting, clean finish with reliable holding power for 1/2"–3/4" fascia boards.

Key Features

  • Type 17 tip - ensures fast starts and smoother driving
  • 316 stainless steel - provides severe-level corrosion resistance in outdoor environments
  • Low-profile pancake head - resists pullover and is available in 12 color-matched finishes
  • Expansion gap design - allows fascia boards to move naturally without buckling or warping

Great Product

The screws arrived on time, the paint coating on the head did not scratch or chip when used. The screws replaced my fascia nails perfectly however they are more noticeable than fascia nails. One improvement that the website can make is to provide better pictures of the colors of the screws. I ordered two different tans to make sure I got a close match, one matched perfectly and the other was more of a brown. Not sure if it's worth the trouble to return the box that doesn't match?

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us Joshua. I have shared this with our Marketing Team. We would be glad to help you out with the return of the screws you don't need. I have sent you a private a message. Thank you again!
