Tradesman Pro's belted construction harness carries the V-slot locking D-ring plate that defines this line, holding position through the shift instead of sliding and cutting down on how often a worker has to stop and readjust. Two hip D-rings join the dorsal D-ring for work-positioning at height, and a tri-layer padded shoulder yoke plus 6-inch waist-positioning pads with breathable gel keep it comfortable across the shoulders and waist. The dorsal D-ring, hip D-rings, quick-connect chest buckle, and tongue leg buckle are all-black plated alloy steel, and the low-profile spring-tension torso adjusters share that same rugged material.
