Rubber Friction Non-Slip Coil Mat: 30" x 25'!
Rubber Friction Non-Slip Coil Mat: 30" x 25'
Specifications
Coils are heavy, dense, and prone to sliding the moment a trailer hits a curve or a hard stop. This 30" x 25' rubber friction mat goes down between the load and the deck to cut that slide risk without adding much weight to the job. At just 2mm thick, it's made from recycled granulated rubber, so it's easy to handle and roll into place, but it still grips well enough to keep coils and other dense freight from walking around on you mid-haul.
Key Features
- Non-slip friction surface: helps keep coils and other dense loads from sliding or shifting in transit.
- Thin, lightweight profile: 2mm construction is easy to roll out, position, and stow compared to bulkier mats.
- Recycled rubber material: made from granulated recycled rubber, a more sustainable option than virgin rubber matting.
- Regulatory alignment: manufactured to meet FMCSA, CVSA, and DOT expectations for load securement accessories.
- Made in the USA.
Applications
- Flatbed and step-deck hauls of steel, aluminum, or copper coils.
- Placed between coils and dunnage or trailer decking to add friction at the contact point.
- General freight runs where loose or rounded loads need extra grip against the deck.
- Fleet operations standardizing on a lighter-duty friction mat for everyday loads.
