Specifications
The PSCL is engineered to reinforce unsupported edges of sheathing where panels meet edge to edge without rafter support. This lightweight clip creates a 1/8-inch gap to accommodate roof sheathing shrinkage and expansion. Positioned over adjoining plywood panel edges, the PSCL minimizes deflection and ensures panels remain flush, preserving a level surface on the structure.
- For 15/32-in. panel thickness
- Quick installation, no nails required
- Keeps panels even for a level structural plane
- Provides the 1/8-in. space between plywood panels as recommended by the American Plywood Association
- Use the same size sheathing clip as the panel thickness
- Made from 20-gauge steel
- Galvanized (G90) for corrosion resistance
