Simpson APVB88DSP Decorative Post Base Side Plates give a clean, finished look to a pre-installed post base. Designed to be used with either nominal 8x8" or rough cut 8x8" lumber, these plates are finished with Simpson’s ZMAX galvanization and then black powder coated to provide excellent corrosion resistance. These plates are purely for aesthetic value and part of the Avant collection, which features chamfered corners and straight edges for a very clean look when installed. This kit includes the post-base side plates and the required fasteners for proper installation.
