Installation
- Prepare the Surface: Clean the crack and surrounding area using the included wire brush. Remove dust, debris, and contaminants for optimal adhesion.
- Install Ports: Apply CI-PO paste to position injection ports along the length of the crack.
- Seal the Crack: Use CI-PO paste to cover the crack surface, leaving only the ports exposed.
- Inject the Epoxy: Dispense SCI-LV epoxy into the ports using a standard caulk gun, starting from the lowest port and moving upward until the crack is filled.
- Cure and Remove: Allow the epoxy to cure as directed, then remove ports and grind off any excess material if desired.
