Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Swivel Hooks - Fits 14" to 17" Wheels
This car tie-down strap is built to fit wheels sized 14 to 17 inches and includes a wide-handle ratchet for applying maximum tension. Three swivel hooks provide flexible attachment options to common tie-down systems like E-Track, L-Track, or standard anchor points on trailers.
The strap is made from 12,000 lb industrial-grade polyester webbing for strength and long-term durability. It resists bounce, abrasion, shrinkage, and moisture during transport.

Ratchet Use Guidelines
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): "When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation."

I have been looking for ratchet tire baskets for my enclosed trailer to tie down our SXS's. These seem to be the best priced option work great withe the E track in my trailer. With the E track clips, it is easy to pull straight down on the non-ratchet side and also on the ratchet side so there is no front to back movement. Holding just the tire keeps from pulling down on the suspension while you are hauling. I will definitely buy more if I ever have the need and will definitely recommend these to my buddies.
Having owned & used a previous version, I was always "working around" several design deficiencies. This product addresses & corrects them. Very pleased!
bought this to tie down car on auto hauler; car has 17" wheels; straps and ratchets are fine. Issue is the strap on the non-ratchet end. Unless you have a 2nd ratchet that end does NOT have a very tight connection; the tire friction prevents the front ratchet from being able to pull the strap tight on the non-ratchet end of the strap so that end is not providing the full support it should. Just a thought as I haven't tried it; but if you put a tarp or something that the full tire loop could slide on while being tightened
that might solve the problem.
