Not every rigging setup benefits from wireless connectivity. Where a direct, cabled connection is the better fit, Wirelink delivers the same precise weighing and dynamic tension monitoring as Straightpoint's wireless load cells, just through a 32-foot wired cable instead of an internal antenna. That's the key difference from Radiolink: Radiolink transmits wirelessly, Wirelink transmits over cable to your digital display of choice.

Flexible Output Options

Wirelink connects to a range of digital displays, including the Straightpoint Handheld Plus, PLCs, and Data Acquisition systems (DAQ). Output formats cover mV/V, RS-422, and RS-485, using ASCII, MODBUS RTU, and CAN-BUS protocols, so Wirelink fits into whatever monitoring setup your job already runs.

Where Wirelink Gets Used

Common applications include overhead weighing, testing, bollard pulling, tug testing, cable tensioning, and heavy lift work.

Built for Harsh Environments

A separate internal sealed enclosure gives the electronic components IP67 or NEMA6 protection, so Wirelink holds up even in demanding conditions.

Capacity and Configuration

Wirelink is available from 1-ton to 500-ton capacity, sold individually or paired with corresponding Crosby® shackles. Additional load cell cables are also available in various lengths.
