Specifications
The Simpson Strong-Tie® Titen® 305 Stainless Steel Concrete Screw is a high-strength anchoring solution designed for concrete and masonry, and built to handle tough outdoor conditions. Made from 305 stainless steel, it offers strong corrosion resistance in wet, coastal, or chemically exposed areas where traditional carbon steel fasteners would fail.
With a hex washer head for solid bit engagement and easy torque control, the Titen® installs fast and flush with the surface. Its specialized thread design allows the screw to tap directly into concrete or block with minimal effort with no expansion anchors or inserts needed. It’s also removable, making it perfect for temporary installations or repositioning fixtures without damaging the base material.
The Titen® is ideal for fastening wood, light-gauge steel, electrical boxes, conduit straps, or fixtures to poured concrete, block, or brick. It’s code-listed for cracked and uncracked concrete under ICC-ES ESR-1056, giving you peace of mind in structural and seismic applications.
