Daggerz™ brand self-drilling screws are a high quality screw designed for wood-to-metal fastening jobs. The #4 self-drilling point drills through metal easily and eliminates the need for any pre-drilling. The wings on the screw point are designed to ream a larger hole in the wood and break off when they hit the metal so the wood can be drawn tight to the steel. The flat head is designed to sit flush with the wood once installed. The proprietary Dagger-Guard coating passes the 1000 hour salt spray test and provides excellent corrosion resistance that's suitable for exterior applications.
