Manufactured in the USA from Extra Improved Plow Steel (EIPS), this 7/16" bright wire rope delivers the strength, durability, and abrasion resistance required for demanding lifting and rigging applications. Featuring a 6x26 construction within the 6x19 class and an Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), it provides dependable load support and resistance to crushing, making it ideal for hoisting, winch lines, suspension systems, and structural support projects.
Colored strands may appear in some domestic wire ropes for manufacturer identification or visibility purposes. These color variations do not affect assembly break strength or performance.

The 6x19 class is widely recognized for its excellent abrasion resistance and long service life in demanding environments. The 6x26 construction offers a practical balance between flexibility and durability, making it well-suited for applications where the rope encounters regular contact with drums, sheaves, and other wear surfaces.
A bright steel finish treated with petroleum-based lubricant helps reduce internal friction and wear while providing basic moisture resistance. Manufactured to meet RR-W-410 and ASTM A1023 standards, this wire rope delivers consistent, professional-grade performance on the job site.
6x19 Wire Rope Configuration
Our wire rope is made using EIPS-grade cable. EIPS (Extra Improved Plow Steel) refers to the strength of the wire rope, providing approximately 10% greater tensile strength than standard IPS-grade wire rope for improved break strength and load capacity.
The class of this wire rope is 6x19. These numbers nominally refer to the construction of the wire rope: six outer strands surrounding the core, with approximately 15-26 wires making up each strand.
