The HFN hangers are designed for panels or components using jigs or similar devices for precision fabrication. Grip-groove feature provides positive lock into the 2x or 3x member without nailing. F series panel hangers are engineered components for panelized construction only. The Strong-Tie HF36NZ panelized construction hanger features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.
Installation:- Use all specified fasteners.
- Installing two nails through sheathing in middle of hanger achieves full load.
NOTE: The correct fasteners installed in the correct position must be used to achieve published load values
