All domestic wire rope meets the latest revision of RR-W-410, with many configurations also manufactured to ASTM A1023 specifications.

Available Wire Rope Finishes

Choose between two finish options based on your application's environment and corrosion requirements: bright wire rope or galvanized wire rope.

• Bright Wire Rope: Manufactured from uncoated steel and treated with a light lubricant to reduce internal friction during use. This finish is best suited for indoor applications or environments where corrosion is not a primary concern.
• Galvanized Wire Rope: Protected with a zinc coating applied through a drawn galvanizing process for enhanced corrosion resistance. This finish offers long-term protection against moisture and weather exposure while maintaining break strengths comparable to bright wire rope.
