Simpson F46Z 4x6 Panelized Construction Hanger - Zmax Finish

The HFN hangers are designed for panels or components using jigs or similar devices for precision fabrication. Grip-groove feature provides positive lock into the 2x or 3x member without nailing. F series panel hangers are engineered components for panelized construction only. The Strong-Tie F46Z panelized construction hanger features a G185 ZMAX galvanized finish for added corrosion resistance and requires the use of hot-dip galvanized fasteners which meet the specifications of ASTM A153.

• Use all specified fasteners.
• On the F-series hanger, the diamond hole nail is non-structural and does not contribute to the load.
• Installing two nails through sheathing in middle of hanger achieves full load.
