Vertical Plate Lifting Clamps

A vertical plate clamp secures a load with jaws that grip tight enough to prevent slipping while the material hangs vertically, making it a fit across construction, steel fabrication, and manufacturing work. The trade-off against a horizontal lifting clamp comes down to volume: horizontal clamps move multiple sheets at once, while a vertical clamp handles one sheet at a time, but with more flexibility in how that sheet gets positioned.

That flexibility shows up most in universal plate clamps, a subset of vertical clamps built with a 180-degree turning range. Instead of lifting a sheet in only one orientation, a universal clamp can rotate material from horizontal to vertical or back, simplifying the lift, move, and transport process into a single tool.
