Versatile connection for shackles, hooks, and slings. Popular sizes include 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, and 3/4 inch with multiple body lengths.
Jaw & Eye Turnbuckles — G-6315
Jaw clevis on one end for pinning to plates or lugs, eye on the other for quick attachment to hardware. Common WLL examples include 3,500 lb to 10,000 lb depending on size.
Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckles — G-6313
Dual clevis ends for rigid connections to tabs or pad eyes. Available in larger diameters with high working load limits for heavy duty setups.
How to Select the Right Turnbuckle
- Match the Working Load Limit to the highest expected load. Never exceed the listed WLL.
- Select the end fitting that matches your connection points. Use jaws for pinned plates, eyes for shackles or hooks.
- Pick the body length to get the required take up. Longer bodies provide more adjustment range.
