Choosing the Right Size

This line runs standard imperial thread sizes, commonly from 1/4"-20 up through 3/4", so you can match the eye nut to the stud, bolt, or threaded rod already in your rigging setup. Thread size and pitch need to match exactly. A loose or partial thread engagement reduces the eye nut's holding capacity, no matter how corrosion-resistant the material is.
